Shipment takes a little long but I have received the goods and I like the product a lot! This is a russian company and i believe that’s explaining all. Useless company, don’t ever order a FLipper !!!!! Now communication is not possible anymore with support. Great product, swift service.

Seen this happen before with cheap shipping methods that utilize multiple methods of shipment and overly convoluted shipping methods with tons of random stops. That company is on here as well and they have a abysmal score. Shipping company used appears to be OSM Worldwide in GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL 60139.
You can find the same items elsewhere at a cheaper prices and it accompanied by much better service. 4 weeks later I had still heard nothing so I cancelled my order and was told I would be refunded within 10 days. I was then told the items would be coming in stock within 2 weeks.
However it seems they are taking many orders and not fulfilling them leaving them with a large amount of money which isn’t theirs in their account. If the company is having difficulties then a simple email to make customers aware of this could solve a lot of problems. I had to fill out a form and send them proof that the company had agreed the refund. After having trouble obtaining my refund from this company I went to my bank.

Around the same time, my friend also bought a Flipper Zero, but chose the regular, less expensive shipping method. It almost feels like they don’t actually have any support at all, and are using a chatGPT bot to try to feed token phrases to their customers to calm them down. Paid for expedited shipping, and it’s 13 days in currently on waiting and the package appears to be jumping around the US randomly.

Never received the item

I emailed the company to query this, and having spent a good hour having read the awful reviews I wish I’d seen before I ordered I mentioned possibly needing to cancel my bank. The shirt is good quality and delivery was within a reasonable time. Wonderful boutique with great customer service and great quality clothing! I was charged for items which I found out were out of stock after I queried why I hadn’t received any dispatch or delivery information. As per my previous review I finally got a reply to my email saying refund had been processed and would take around a week to show on my account.

Unlike other reviewers, Trust Pilot have verified my review after being supplied with all the evidence of my purchase, the correspondence and the resulting abuse. I wanted to get a reproduction of my son’s first ever proper football shirt from the 90’s , including name and number, in his now adult size. We are so happy that you love the clothes and our service. Clothes are very cute and good quality!!
